Criminal law news from the state of Alabama:

  • 17-year-old charged with the death of Auburn sports announcer Rod Bramblett and his wife Paula is released on bond and placed on house arrest.
  • Man shot and killed Wednesday afternoon in parking lot of Center Point apartment complex.
  • Alabama inmates suing former sergeant for beating them while in handcuffs in 2019. Sergeant is also facing 20 years in prison for the assault.
