Criminal law news from the state of Alabama:

  • 3 arrested in Walker County on charges of robbery, kidnapping and assault. The investigation is ongoing and each are being held at the Walker County Jail on bonds.
  • Florence man arrested on 444 child pornography charges; could face up to a decade sentence for each charge.
  • Tuesday night homicide of 72-year-old man still under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call Birmingham homicide detectives at 205-254-1764 or Crime Stoppers at 205-254-7777.
